Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Xterior Cleaning Xperts collects when you use this website to book or manage an appointment, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service address you choose, any notes you add, and the appointment time you select. To validate your address and plan drive time between appointments, the address you enter is sent to Google's address and routing services.

How we use it

We use your information only to schedule and perform your service, to send you appointment emails (confirmation, reminder, and any reschedule or cancellation notices), and to contact you about your appointment. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run this website and send email (for example hosting, database and email delivery providers). They process information on our behalf. Your address is never shown to other customers.

Appointment links

Our emails include a private link to manage your appointment. Anyone with that link can view and change that one appointment, so please don't share it.

Your choices
